Purpose

The purpose of the Worship Committee is to provide an opportunity for everyone to express their love for Jesus in corporate praise and worship.

Functions

• Spearhead development, training, teaching, of worship team leaders and the congregation as worship grows and matures and as the church grows in its love for Jesus and those expressions of love find their way into worship
• Attend meetings and practices
• Pray and encourage worship team members
• Keep current with available music

Those who feel called and are open to the leading of the Holy Spirit;  if you know and love Jesus and have a heart for expressing that love in music, drama, etc.  Along with calling and desire there should also be a measure of recognized talent and musical ability.
